Title: VoIP Sales Engineer
Location: Jeddah – Saudi Arabia
Job Information
We are currently looking for a technical VoIP and business Sales Engineer to join our growing team.
You should have a fundamental base knowledge of Network and Voice over IP solutions but you should also have an affinity for VoIP and a desire to become a VoIP sales expert.

Position Mission and Responsibilities:


·         Involved in all procedures and initiatives before selling Cisco networking, IP Phone, and IP PBX products.
·         VoIP Sales Engineer will work closely with the Sales Manager to bring in new sales focusing on their VoIP telecommunications & Networking (LAN & WANS) product. You will working as part of the sales team to research and develop new business areas to develop my client's successful VoIP service & product range.
  • Setting appointments, qualifying prospects to identify needs and issues, conducting IP PBX software demonstrations to showcase solutions.
  • Identifying sales prospects, taking orders, making deliveries and other accounts as assigned.
  • Assembling, installing and servicing the above systems and fixtures
  • Identifying and resolving client concerns and making appropriate reports to the management
  • Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of  contacts to be made
  • Identifying and closing sales with new customers by developing relationships with them.
  • Proposal creation.
  • Conducting strategic account and opportunity planning
  • Preparing a variety of status reports, closings, follow-up and adherence to goal
  • Travel throughout the Saudi Arabia.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technical knowledge in telecommunications, VoIP preferred and Cisco router/switch pre-sales solution engineering is REQUIRED!
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Telecommunications Engineering or information technology.
  • 2 to 4 years' experience in similar industry      
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbally.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets  
  • Self-driven with high level of integrity
  • Requires strong sales experience and phone skills
  • Strong computer skills – (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
  • Highly organized, positive, team player with 'can do' attitude and demeanor.
  • Interest in continuing education in technology.
